About this website

This site describes painting and coating services offered in Long Beach, California and neighbouring cities. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that a particular service, product or schedule is available for your property.

Estimates and quotations

An estimate is issued in writing after a site visit and describes the surfaces in scope, the preparation, the coating system and the sequence of work. Verbal figures given before a property has been seen are indicative only. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it, and material availability, discovered damage or a change you request can change it. Work begins once the written scope is accepted.

Access and site conditions

We need safe access to the surfaces in scope, working power and water where the method requires it, and vehicles moved clear of the work area. Where discovered conditions such as rot, active leaks, failed flashing or substrate damage are found after work starts, we stop, tell you, and price the additional work separately rather than absorbing it silently.

Work outside our scope

We do not carry out structural repair, roofing, full re-stuccoing of an elevation, plumbing or electrical work. Where a painting scope depends on one of those being completed first, we will say so before issuing a bid.

Guarantees and remedial work

Any assurance covering our workmanship is set out in the written scope for your project, and product-specific coverage is whatever the manufacturer offers for the coating used. Nothing on this website creates or extends coverage. Raise a concern with us in writing and we will inspect it.

Text, images, layout and code on this site belong to Long Beach Expert Painting or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, scrape or reuse the content commercially without written permission.
