Information we collect

We collect only what you give us: the name, email address, phone number and message you enter in an estimate request form, and anything you tell us on a call or send by email, such as a property address, photographs of a failing surface or an existing specification. We do not buy contact lists and we do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send a written estimate, and carry out work you have approved. If you become a client we keep a record of colours, products and scope so future touch-up work matches what is already on the building.

How we contact you

We reply by phone or email, using the details you provide. Our business line receives calls only and does not receive text messages, so we will never reply by SMS. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list without being asked to.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work: with a supplier ordering a specified product, with an insurer or licensing body if a claim or verification requires it, or where the law obliges us. Subcontracted specialists, where used, receive only what they need for their part of the job.

Website data

This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser controls whether cookies are accepted, and the site works with them disabled.

Keeping and deleting information

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are kept longer, because warranty, insurance and touch-up matching require them. You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry details, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
